Saturdays in SpARTa
Saturdays in SpARTa is a series of free outdoor concerts held in downtown Sparta every summer, featuring both traditional and non-traditional bands. These events are FREE, fun and family friendly. Bring your chair, your dancing shoes and your smile and come together with your community!
Music on Main
On the first Saturday of the month, the streets of downtown Sparta are closed for an outdoor music concert. Downtown merchants and galleries stay open late, and there is free music on the street. Opening bands usually play from 5-7 PM and the headliner plays from 7-9 PM.
Saturdays in the Park
On the third Saturday of the summer months, we hold a free outdoor concert in Crouse Park. Anything goes – from Latin Jazz to Bluegrass!
