Grow the Arts presents Kids Chalk Drawing Contest

Join us for a great morning with your kids, age 5-12 at the Alleghany County Fairgrounds at the concession stand. There will be 3 age groups, and a prize will be given for the winner in each age group. The concession stand will be open for snacks and drinks, and the library will be setting up their PBS kids activity station for other fun and games.

Age groups:
5-7 years of age
8-10 years of age
11-12 years of age

This event is FREE!

This event is presented by the Arts Council in partnership with the Alleghany County Parks & Recreation Department.

There is another event at the Fairgrounds that day at the Emerson Black Building. We will be down at the Concessions stand. Please drive down across the bridge and park in the grassy area.
