Grow the Arts presents Tattoo Art Flash Day

Salon 21 is partnering with the Arts Council for a Spring/SpARTa inspired flash day! 60% of the proceeds will be donated to the Arts Council. Each design may be repeated until the end of the day – then it will be retired. Black and Grey only!
