COMMUNITY ART EXHIBITION
April 26th, 3-5PM
ALL AGES AND MEDIUMS
WELCOME TO APPLY
The Alleghany Arts Council invites artists of all ages to submit work in any medium for eARTh: notes from the field, a community exhibition that explores themes related to the earth: our relationship to and/or with it, as home or shared space with other living things, a specific bioregion, ecological concerns and questions relevant to our time, or a celebration of nature and the natural world. Our scope is left intentionally broad to welcome artists working with varied approaches and ways of including “earth”-in material or concept- in their work. This exhibition is presented by the Alleghany Arts Council as the closing event for Grow the Arts 2026, taking place on April 26, 2026 at 27 on Main from 3-5 PM in Sparta, NC and is open to the public.
Please submit your digital entries via the “Apply now” link available below. If you have any questions or are unable to use our form, please email info@alleghanyartscouncil.org.
